V(r/s) is the actual speed of the servo motor, and the unit is revolution/min;
P is the frequency of the pulse sent by the host computer, and θ is the intrinsic angle of the servo motor, such as 0.9, 1.8;
m is the subdivision factor.
For example, there is a servo motor, θ = 1.8, subdivision m = 10, and the host computer sends a pulse frequency of 10KHz.
Then the rotational speed of the servo motor is:
V = 10 000 * 1.8 /360 /10 = 5rpm, that is, the servo motor rotates 5 times per minute, in this way, the servo motor rotates very slowly, like a snail.
If you want to increase the speed, there are two ways:
1. Improve the pulse frequency, for example, if the pulse frequency is 100KHz, then the speed is equal to 50rpm, and the speed is ten times better, if you use the PLC pulse output control servo motor, then it depends on the maximum value of the PLC pulse output frequency, such as Yiwei PLC, which can support 20KHz, 200KHz and 500KHz high-speed pulse output, which can provide higher speed;
2. Reduce the subdivision coefficient m, for example, reduce m to 5, then the speed is equal to 10rpm.
Note:
