1. Circuit breaker
A circuit breaker is a device that can be manually or automatically controlled, and is used to control the on/off of the system power supply in the equipment circuit system. When there is a suspicion that there is a defect in the electrical system of the equipment, the primary functional part of the power supply should be checked.
Under normal circumstances, when the ON state is on, the input and output terminals are also in the ON state (that is, powered on). When it is closed, the input and output terminals are also closed.
When the circuit breaker is overhauled in the circuit, the on-off condition characteristics of the circuit breaker in the case of power failure are used, and the resistance value between the input and output of the circuit breaker can be measured by a multimeter, and its quality can be judged.
Under normal circumstances, when the Delixi circuit breaker is turned off, the resistance between the input and output terminals should be infinity; When the circuit breaker is turned on, the resistance between its input and output should be zero; If this rule is not met, it is clarified that the circuit breaker is damaged and should be replaced with a circuit breaker of the same standard.
2. AC contactor
The AC contactor is an important element in the circuit system, and its internal main contact is mainly used to control the on-off condition of the equipment load, and the auxiliary contact is used to execute the control command.
The AC contactor is mainly installed in the control distribution cabinet in the circuit system, which is used to receive the signal from the control terminal, and then the electrical contact action of the coil (normally open contact closed, normally closed contact open), and the load is energized at the beginning end. When the coil is de-energized and released, all contacts reset and the load is de-energized and aborted.
If the AC contactor is damaged, the equipment cannot be started or operated normally. The first way to judge its function is to use a multimeter to judge whether the resistance between the coil and the corresponding pin is normal when the AC contactor is powered off.
When the internal coil of the AC contactor is energized, its internal contact will act contrary to the initial condition, that is, the normally open contact is closed and the normally closed contact is disconnected; When the internal coil is de-energized, its internal contacts are reset and the initial condition is restored.
Therefore, when testing the contactor, it is necessary to test the resistance of its internal coil and the resistance of its internal contacts in the open and closed conditions. Because of the contactor power-off test, the resistance value of the normally open contact is infinite. When the switch button on the top of the communication contactor is pressed, the normally open contact closes and its resistance value is usually zero ohms.
3. Inverter
In the equipment circuit system, the circuit system controlled by the frequency converter is installed in the control box. As the central control component, the inverter is mainly used to control the operation status of various motors and compressors in the system.
Therefore, when the inverter is abnormal, the entire inverter control system will also be abnormal. Whether the function of the inverter is normal or not can be judged by detecting the power supply voltage and output control signal of the inverter.
If the input voltage is normal and there is no frequency conversion drive signal output, it means that the frequency converter itself is abnormal.
Because an inverter is a delicate electronic device that includes a variety of circuits inside, it is possible to troubleshoot the fault codes displayed on the display in addition to the inputs and outputs, such as the Mitsubishi FR-A700 inverter, when testing it. If the display shows "ELF", it indicates that there is a problem with the output phase of the inverter. The output terminal should be connected normally, and the value selected by the output phase failure protection should be checked to see if it is normal.
The service life of the inverter will also be affected by the external environment, such as temperature, humidity, etc. Therefore, the location of the inverter should be in accordance with the conditions of its surroundings. In addition, care should be taken when connecting the cables of the device, as the inverter can also be damaged if the connection is made incorrectly. To prevent electric shock, it is also necessary to ground the inverter grounding terminal.
