Peel magnetic relays – Precautions for the selection of relay modules

Create Date: 2024-8-30 12:03:23|Source: PILZ/PILZ

1. Whether the control voltage of the relay module is consistent with the system voltage.

2. It is still possible to use high level and low level for the level control mode of the relay module.

3. Depending on the requirements, choose whether you need a fully isolated relay module.

4. Safety: The relay module is weak current to control strong current, so safety is the key. It must be noted that you must not choose a circuit board that looks very "beautiful" when laying a large area, because the spacing of the large area is very small, so that the circuit board is not able to withstand the voltage enough and cause the danger of use. This is the most common misconception of first-time relay module users. WHEN THE LINE SPACING IS 1.5MM (ABOUT 60MIL), THE INSULATION RESISTANCE BETWEEN THE LINES IS GREATER THAN 20M OHMS, AND THE MAXIMUM WITHSTAND VOLTAGE BETWEEN THE LINES CAN REACH 300V, AND WHEN THE LINE SPACING IS 1MM (40MIL), THE MAXIMUM WITHSTAND VOLTAGE BETWEEN THE LINES IS 200V. In addition, for analog circuits, it is generally not necessary to pave a large area. Therefore, it is recommended to choose a relay module that is not paved with a large area and has a wide line spacing.
