The three-phase barrier transformer adopts a three-phase double-winding structure, which has the characteristics of lightning protection and anti-disturbance. Each winding on the primary and secondary sides is divided into two coils, which are wound from two layers of metal foil insulated from each other. So there is capacitance C (capacitance barrier transformer) between the two coils. The following two wiring methods can then be combined as needed:

Barrier transformer

Voltage conversion function (e.g. △/yo or yo/△ (connection)

Filtering and anti-turbulence (e.g., the ability to eliminate third harmonic turbulence). It can eliminate odd harmonic disturbances

It can effectively slow down the disturbance harmonics and lightning electromagnetic pulses on power lines; It can effectively slow down the disturbance harmonics generated by the electronic equipment of the system into the distribution network, and form disturbance to other equipment (equipment, systems);

Fundamentally avoid abnormal operation, data loss or error caused by ground potential disturbance of the system;

It can usefully avoid the sharp rise of the steel bar potential as a reference ground when the lightning protection equipment of the building is grounded, and the hardware equipment in the system is destroyed by counterattack.

Barrier transformer

Characteristics of the barrier transformer at the input end of the AC power supply:

a。 When the third harmonic and disturbance signal are serious, a barrier transformer can be used to eliminate the third harmonic and disturbance signal.

b。 The use of barrier transformers can generate new neutral wires, and avoid the abnormal operation of equipment caused by defective neutral wires in the power grid.

c。 Current waveform distortion caused by nonlinear loads, such as third harmonics, can block without polluting the grid.

Characteristics of the blocking transformer at the output end of the AC power supply:

d。 In order to avoid the current distortion of the nonlinear load affecting the normal operation of the AC power supply, polluting the power grid, and purifying the power grid.

e。 By sampling the input terminal of the barrier transformer, the distortion of the nonlinear load current does not affect the sampling accuracy, and the control signal that can reflect the actual situation is obtained.

f。 If the load is unbalanced, it will not affect the normal operation of the regulated power supply.
