Precautions for low-temperature operation of VFD:
1. VFD should be operated in an environment above minus 10°C as much as possible, and it is best to work indoors.
2. When the VFD is started and stopped, try to start and stop with the VFD itself, do not close the power supply, and keep your VFD in a power-on state.
3. Heat up the VFD, e.g. heat bulbs, heat blowers, electric heaters, etc.
4. Add a protective layer to the VFD, for example: wrap a layer of plastic sheeting around the cabinet to reduce the circulation of cold air into the VFD. Because the VFD simply frosts in a low temperature environment, and the operation is hot, condensation droplets can easily occur, resulting in a short circuit and damage to the VFD. In addition, the electronic components of VFD have a probability of failure when the temperature is too low and cannot function normally.
