It is necessary to separate the signal line from the power line: when using analog signals for long-distance control of the inverter, in order to reduce the disturbance of the analog amount from the inverter and other equipment, please separate the signal line of the control inverter from the strong current circuit (main circuit and sequential control circuit). The wiring specification of the inverter should be more than 30cm. Even in the control cabinet, this wiring specification must be maintained. The length of the control circuit between the signal and the inverter shall not exceed 50m.

It is necessary for the signal line and the power line to be placed in different metal pipes or metal hoses: if the signal line connecting the PLC and the inverter is not placed in the metal pipe, it is very easy to be disturbed by the inverter and external equipment; Because the inverter does not have a built-in reactor, the input and output power lines of the inverter will have a strong disturbance to the outside, so the metal pipe or metal hose where the signal line is placed should always be extended to the control terminal of the inverter to ensure that the signal line is completely separated from the power line.

The inverter wiring is 1, and the analog control signal line should use double-strand stranded shielded wire, and the wire specification is 0.75mm2. When wiring, it must be noted that the cable stripping should be as short as possible (about 5-7mm), and the shielding layer of the stripping wire should be wrapped with insulating tape in the future to avoid the disturbance caused by the contact between the shielded wire and other equipment.

In order to improve the simplicity and reliability of wiring, it is recommended to use crimping rod terminals on the signal line.
