The winding asynchronous motor must be used in the transmission, and part of the energy of the rotor winding is sent back to the grid through the rectifier and inverter, which is equivalent to adjusting the internal resistance of the rotor and then changing the slip rate of the motor. Because the voltage of the rotor is generally not equal to the voltage of the grid, a transformer is required to reverse it to the grid.
In order to save this transformer, the internal feed motor is widely used in the domestic market, that is, a three-phase auxiliary winding is set on the stator to receive the reaction energy of the rotor, and the auxiliary winding is also involved in the work. This will cut the amount of energy absorbed by the main windings from the grid to accomplish the speed adjustment and energy saving intentions.
However, due to the small number of winding motors used in industrial production, the scale of use of series speed adjustment is also narrow.
