Solution: When installing the probe, tighten the nut with a suitable tool, the nut loosening situation will not be presented in operation, but due to the multiple disassembly and long-term operation of the system, the central adapter joint is loose, or the poor contact may be presented in operation, which needs to be removed and cleaned in each overhaul of the oil impurities at the joint, and do a good job of insulation and sealing at the joint, in order to ensure that the central joint is tightened, after being tightened by hand, the ring can be fastened with needle nose pliers.

False alarms for problems caused by measurement lines

The common causes of false alarms caused by the measurement line are loose or poor contact of the preamplifier terminal, loose or poor contact of the terminal block, probe extension, broken cable, grounding of the line shielding wire, etc.

False alarms caused by probe problems

This kind of problem can not be dealt with during the operation of the unit, it is necessary to stop the treatment, the probe in the process of equipment transfer and disassembly, may be damaged due to bumps, and wear and damage the measuring coil at the end, so before each device, to check and verify, first check the appearance, the appearance is useless to measure its DC impedance, if in the case of significant shortcomings, within the specified range, it means that the probe is intact, if the appearance has significant shortcomings, such as the end has wear phenomenon, the cable skin is damaged, etc., after dealing with the damage, In addition to measuring the impedance, it is also necessary to use a special sensor standard calibration, calibration, after the calibration results are qualified, you can use this probe, no matter what kind of fault, during the operation of the unit, the on-site inspection can only carry out the following contents, under the premise of exempting from interlocking, check whether the wiring is normal, whether the terminal of the preamplifier is loose, whether the power supply voltage of the preamplifier is normal, if the center adapter of the probe is in the unit shell, in the external protection tube, you can check whether the center adapter is loose, whether the insulation is outstanding, if you want to do further checking, it is necessary to shut down.
