1. The wiring socket is connected at both ends of the inductance coil, and the other two ends are connected to the liquid level signal input end of the secondary instrument. When the inductor coil is open or the internal circuit is blocked, it should be replaced in time.

2. In order to commission and repair IFM sensors, two Dg25 shut-off valves should be installed between the IFM ifm sensor and the controlled vessel, which must be opened during normal operation.

3. IFM sensors must be equipped with blowdown valves and blowdown pipes, drain frequently, and regularly check the stainless steel float inside the sensor. The dirt on the surface of the float should be cleaned every six months, and the float should be replaced in time when it seeps water.

4. When installing the sensor and the controlled container, the plane lines must be perpendicular to each other, and the inclination must not be greater than 2 degrees.

When the IFM level signal is abnormal, check it as follows:

A. Make the IFM ifm and secondary meter not form a loop, and remove any end wires of the junction box of the sensor housing.

B. Check the resistance at both ends of the inductor coil with a multimeter. Normally, when the situation is normal, the resistance is about 200 ohms.

C. Disassemble the sensor and check if the float is leaking.
