Precautions for using sensors:

1) The sensor should not be installed in the following places: direct sunlight, high temperature, frost, and corrosive gas.

2) Do not use the same distribution pipe or wiring groove as the power line and power line for the connecting wire, or use the shielded wire.

3) The connecting wire should not be too thin and the length should not be too long.

4) After the power is turned on, wait for a certain moment before testing.

Sensor device process requirements:

The sensor device method is correct, and the position or sensitivity of the sensor should be adjusted after the device is completed, so that the sensor can accurately detect the corresponding signal.

Device process requirements for circuits:

1) The connecting wire is selected correctly.

2) The connection points of each connection point of the circuit are reliable and firm, and the longest exposed copper wire cannot exceed 2mm.

3) The wires entering the wiring block should be numbered, and the number tube should be covered.

4) There can be no more than 2 connecting wires for the same terminal block.

Safety requirements for plant operation:

In the process of assembly, it is necessary to achieve the "top of the safety list", please read the following requirements carefully.

1) It is necessary to correctly use a word or a cross screwdriver, needle-nose pliers, and wire strippers to prevent the screwdriver or pliers from hurting hands during operation;
