In the food and beverage industry, level measurement of a wide range of tanks is critical, but there are many challenges.

For example, steam, condensate, temperature changes, or various gases (nitrogen and other maintenance gases) above the level surface in some tanks can affect the accuracy of the measurement, and it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the traditional hydrostatic measurement plan in the production process of liquid level measurement with strict requirements for liquid level measurement. In addition, there are viscous or viscous media that can stick to the sensors installed in the tank, resulting in false signals, etc.

In response to these problems, we are proud to introduce the new touchless radar level sensor LW2720, which sets new standards in terms of speed and accuracy.

When the LW2720 is installed in a tank up to 10 meters high, accurate level measurement can be carried out even in the presence of an integrated mixer or spray ball. Different media will not affect the measurement.
