The Guangzhou International Industrial Automation Technology and Equipment Exhibition (SIAF) has successfully concluded on March 12, and the number of exhibitors has reached a record high, and we have also felt the enthusiasm of visitors for ifm's booth and products.

During the exhibition, we shared the concept and practical application of ifm's "Sensing the Pulse of Equipment, Shaping the Digital Factory" through a discussion forum.

Through the combination of ifm software and hardware and mature IO-Link technology, real-time data collection, remote monitoring, timely measures to deal with adverse conditions, achieve predictive maintenance, avoid equipment downtime without warning, affect the overall efficiency of production, and shape the digital factory in the environment of Industry 4.0.

Through the integration of position, fluid, vibration and many other products of intelligent fluid equipment, integrated O3D vision camera and RFID simulation forklift, IO-Link Tank food-grade solutions and optoelectronic ultrasonic, AS-i bus, mobile machinery products and many other hardware and LR software collective appearance, the exhibition showed the audience the ifm product family and how to use our smart products to provide you with overall application solutions.

The point cloud captured by the ifm O3D ToF camera is transmitted to the controller, which captures the horizontal position movement and angular changes of the pallet, enabling efficient and precise forking of the load even when the pallet is moved.

UHF RFID products can detect the front pallet in the simulated AGV, identify the pallet number and the cargo information on the pallet, so as to count the goods on the pallet and compare it with the data in the database.
