There are several things to pay attention to in the need for inverter protection

OH1 and OH3 are essentially the same signal, which is randomly detected by the CPU, and the analog signals of OH1 (detecting the baseboard) and OH3 (detecting the motherboard) are connected in series and then sent to the CPU, and the CPU randomly reports any faults in between. When presenting an "OH1" alarm, you should first check whether the ambient temperature is too high, whether the cooling fan is working properly, and secondly, whether the heat sink is blocked (this type of alarm is present in food processing and textile applications). If in the case of constant pressure water supply and the analog quantity is selected for punctuality, it is easy to present this problem when using the 800Ω potentiometer, and the capacity of the given potentiometer should not be too small, not less than 1kΩ; This alarm is also presented by an active termination error of the potentiometer. If the 220V fan of the large-capacity inverter (30G11 or above) does not rotate, it will definitely show an overheating alarm, and at this moment, you can check whether the fuse FUS2 (600V, 2A) on the power supply board is damaged.

When the "OH3" alarm is presented, the small capacitor on the drive board generally fails due to overheating, and the result (symptom) of the failure is the unbalanced three-phase output of the inverter. Therefore, when the inverter presents "OH1" or "OH3", you can first power on to check whether the three-phase output of the inverter is balanced.

In the case of OH overheating alarms, there is also the possibility that the motherboard or electronic calorimeter will be faulty. The electronic calorimeter of G/P11 series inverter is an analog signal, and the electronic calorimeter of G/P9 series inverter is a switching signal.
