After the maintenance function of the inverter is caused by the operation of the problem, it will trip immediately, and the fault code will be displayed together, and the tripping alarm indication circuit of the peripheral inverter will send out an audible and visual alarm to remind the operator to clean up the problem in time.

Inverter trip maintenance refers to cutting off the power supply when the inverter operation is abnormal, and maintaining the inverter from being damaged.

The terminals of inverter A, B and C are abnormal output terminals, and between A and C are equivalent to a normally open switch, and between B and C are equivalent to a normally closed switch. The circuit job process is described as follows.

1. Power supply control

Press the button SB1, the contactor KM line is energized, the KM main contact is closed, the power supply is provided to the frequency converter through the KM main point, and the KM normally open shaft auxiliary contact is closed together to determine the KM coil power supply. Press the button SB2, the contactor KM coil loses power, the KM coil loses power, the KM main contact is disconnected, and the power supply of the inverter is cut off.

2. Abnormal trip maintenance

If the inverter is abnormal during operation, A and C will be closed and B and C will be disconnected. The disconnection between B and C makes the contactor KM coil lose power, and the KM main contact is disconnected, cutting off the power supply of the inverter; The closure between A and C energizes the relay KA coil, closes the KA contact, rings HB and the alarm lamp HL is energized, and sends out the abnormal sound and light alarm of the inverter operation.

Press the button SB3, the relay KA coil loses power, the KA normally open contact is disconnected, the HB and HL lose power, and the sound and light alarm is aborted.
