Heat tracing methods

1. Steam heating method

That is, use the pipe steam heating to keep warm. Before insulating steam in winter, check whether the steam insulation pipeline is unblocked or blocked. * Good steam is 24 hours a day, not too hot, sometimes according to the weather temperature change to adjust the amount of heat to keep warm, in order to avoid the temperature is too high to make the condensate in the transmitter impulse tube vaporize and affect the transmitter operation or because the temperature is too low to make the condensate in the transmitter impulse tube freeze and affect the smooth operation of the transmitter.

2. Thermal insulation protection box method

3. Electric heating belt method

Add insulated cables, wrap the heat trace around the surface, or glue it to the inside of the exterior cabinet (but pay attention to the length of the heat trace used, it should be economical and moderate).

It is suitable for heating, anti-freezing and heat preservation of pipelines, valves, pumps or single-phase constant power electric belt to maintain the process temperature of the surface pipeline, the calorific value per unit length is stable, the output power is not changed by the change of ambient temperature, the length of use is proportional to the power, and it can be spliced arbitrarily when the equipment is used, but a heating joint (that is, at least 2.5m) must be retained, and the outer braid layer has the effect of heat transfer and heat dissipation, which can be used as a safe grounding for anti-static. It is mainly used for anti-freezing and thermal insulation of various pipes and appearances, with a high holding temperature of 150 °C. Note: Heating and insulation of liquid lines with strict temperature control requirements (temperature controller required).

There is also a product on the market, which is the electric heat tracing protective sleeve of flexible packaging, which is specially used for the appearance of heat tracing and explosion-proof with a relatively narrow space, and the main equipment is at the impulse pipe section and valve on the surface.

Protection

4. Inspection methods The person responsible for the protection of the appearance of the area shall inspect on time according to the predetermined inspection route. During the inspection, it is necessary to check whether the insulation pipeline valve is normal, whether the incubator is normal, whether the hydrophobic equipment is normal, whether the packaging of thermal insulation materials is complete, and whether the electric heating power supply components are normal. Focus on the appearance of the freezing-prone equipment and make inspection records, carry out dry, complete and clean protection and maintenance of the appearance and its thermal insulation and anti-freezing methods, and deal with the thermal insulation and heating problems generated on the site in a timely manner.
