一、接触器是指工业电中使用线圈流过电流产生磁场,使得触头闭合,然后可以操控负载的一种电器。因为其可快速堵截主回路,并可频繁地接通与大电流操控电路的设备,因此在电工学中已得到广泛的使用。

  二、接触器分类

  接触器按主触点衔接回路的方式可分为直流接触器和沟通接触器。其间,直流接触器选用模块化规划,力图以*少的零件完结客户要求,如所需触点路数、触点方式等。直流接触器触点开断电压高,并选用横吹磁场灭弧,适用于程控电源、不间断电源体系、工程机械体系等。

  三、接触器结构

  沟通接触器首要包含电磁体系、触头体系、灭弧设备及其他附件四大部分构成。其间,电磁体系包含招引线圈、静铁芯和动铁芯;触头体系与动铁芯衔接在一起彼此联动,首要包含三组主触头和一两组常开、常闭辅佐触头;灭弧设备用于迅速堵截电源,防止烧坏主触头,常装于容量较大的沟通接触器中;除以上三大部格外,沟通接触器还包含绝缘外壳、各种弹簧、传动机、接线柱等附件。

  四、当线圈通电时,静铁芯产生电磁吸力,使得动铁芯被吸合,从而带动触头体系的三条动触片产生动作,主触点闭合,辅佐常闭触点断开,辅佐常开触点闭合,接通电源。

  当线圈断电时,静铁芯的电磁吸力消失,弹簧的反作用力使得动铁芯与静铁芯别离,触头体系的三条动触片动作,使得主触头断开,辅佐常闭触点闭合,辅佐常开触点断开,堵截电源。
