1. Protect content

1. Check the heat dissipation of the controller

It is forbidden to cover the manipulator with plastic or other materials; Leave a satisfying distance between the rear and side of the controller (>120mm); It is forbidden to place the controller close to the heat source; It is forbidden to put debris on the top of the controller; Prevent the controller from being too dirty; Prevent one or more cooling fans from not working; Prevent clogging of fan inlets or outlets; Prevent the air filter from being too dirty; When the operation is not performed in the controller, it is necessary to keep the front door closed.

2) Clean the teach pendant

The teaching pendant should be cleaned at an appropriate frequency based on actual needs; Although the panel paint film can withstand the corrosion of most solvents, it should still be protected from touching strong solvents such as acetone; When not in use, the teach pendant should be removed and placed in a clean place.

3) Clean the inside of the controller

The inside of the controller should be cleaned at an appropriate distance according to environmental conditions, such as once a year; Special attention should be paid to the cleaning of cooling fans and air inlets/outlets. Use a dust brush and vacuum cleaner to remove the dust from the brush. Do not vacuum the parts directly, otherwise it will cause electrostatic discharge, which will damage the parts; Before cleaning the inside of the controller, be sure to block it!

4) Wash or replace the filter cloth

To clean the filter cloth, wash the filter cloth 3-4 times in 30-40°C water with detergent. Do not wring out the filter cloth, can be placed on a flat surface to dry. The filter cloth can also be blown clean with clean compressed air.

5) Replace the battery at regular intervals

The battery of the measurement system is a disposable battery (non-rechargeable battery); When the battery is replaced, a message is presented in the message log. The battery lasts for about 1,800 hours after this information is presented. (It is recommended to replace the battery when the above information is presented) The battery should only operate in the case of a "power off" in the control cabinet. The service life of the battery is about 7000 hours.

If the control cabinet controls the CBS unit in addition to the robot, or in the case of an 8-axis robot, the battery life is half that described above (with 2 SMU units).

6) Look at the cooler

The cooling circuit is designed as a protection-free closed system, and all parts of the external air circuit need to be checked and cleaned regularly as required; When the ambient humidity is high, check whether the drain outlet drains regularly.

2. Protection frequency (time distance can be adjusted appropriately according to environmental conditions, robot operation hours and temperature)

1) General protection: 1 time/day;

2) Cleaning/replacing filter cloth: 1 time/500H;

3) Replacement of the battery of the measurement system: 2 times/7000H;

4) Replacement of computer fan unit and servo fan unit: 1 time/50000H;

5) Look at the cooler; 1 time/month.
