1. What is a control loop?

The network that supplies the control signal to the main circuit that supplies power to the asynchronous motor (voltage and frequency can be adjusted) is called the control loop.

The control circuit is composed of an operation circuit for frequency and voltage, a voltage and current detection circuit for the main circuit, a speed detection circuit for the motor, a drive circuit that amplifies the control signal of the operation circuit, and a protection circuit for the inverter and the motor. The non-speed detection circuit is open-loop control; The speed detection circuit is added to the control circuit, that is, the speed command is added, which can carry out more accurate closed-loop control of the speed of the asynchronous motor.

(1) The operation circuit compares the external speed, torque and other instructions with the current and voltage signals of the detection circuit to determine the output voltage and frequency of the inverter.

(2) The voltage and current detection circuit is to detect voltage, current, etc. with the potential barrier of the main circuit.

(3) The driving circuit is the circuit that drives the main circuit equipment, which is blocked from the control circuit and controls the conduction and shutdown of the main circuit equipment.

(4) The I/O circuit makes the frequency conversion better human-computer interaction, which has the input of multiple signals (such as multi-stage speed operation, etc.), as well as the input of various internal parameters (such as current, frequency, protection action drive, etc.).

(5) The speed detection circuit sets the signal of the speed detector (TG, PLG, etc.) installed on the shaft of the asynchronous motor as the speed signal, and sends it to the operation loop, and the motor can be made to run according to the command speed according to the instruction and operation.

(6) The protection circuit detects the voltage and current of the main circuit. When there is an abnormality such as overload or overvoltage, in order to avoid damage to the inverter and asynchronous motor, the inverter will stop working or press the voltage and current value.
