The AC-DC inverter main circuit consists of three components: the rectifier main circuit, the center circuit and the inverter circuit.

1. The main circuit is the power replacement part that provides voltage regulation and frequency regulation power supply for the asynchronous motor, and the main circuit of the inverter can be roughly divided into two categories: the voltage type is the DC converter that changes the voltage source to the communication inverter, and the filtering of the DC circuit is the capacitor. The current type is an inverter that changes the DC of the current source to communication, and its DC loop filter is inductor.

2. The central circuit, the converter of the rectifier diode, which changes the power supply to the DC power supply. It is also possible to form a reversible converter with two sets of transistor converters, which can be regenerated due to its reversible power direction.

4. The inverter, contrary to the rectifier, the inverter converts the DC power to the communication power of the required frequency, and the 6 switching devices can be turned on and off to obtain the 3-phase communication output at the confirmed time. Take a voltage-type PWM inverter as an example to show the switching time and voltage waveform.

AC inverter is to directly replace the communication power of the power grid with adjustable voltage and frequency, the circuit composition is simple, high efficiency, economical when low speed and large capacity, the highest frequency can only reach 1/3 - 1/2 of the power supply frequency, suitable for low frequency and large capacity speed regulation system. It is different from ordinary inverters, there is no communication rectification to DC and then inverted into a communication link, it is an AC-AC conversion structure, this skill is generally used in large-scale power equipment.

1. The rectifier transformer for the main circuit can use 6 double-winding rectifier transformers, or 2 transformers with three-phase three-crack structure.

2. The motor and converter adopt a double Y-shaped connection structure to form a 12-pulsating waveform, which greatly reduces harmonics. Through the switching cabinet switching, each set of transformers and converters can be operated separately at half speed at full load, and the applicability and flexibility are greatly increased.

3. The excitation of the synchronous motor is controlled by a non-reversible thyristor three-phase full-control bridge, and the maintenance loop is equipped with a set of high-capacity varistor absorption circuit, as well as a set of diode BOD detection and thyristor switch control of the special rapid maintenance circuit.
