2. Whether the KUKA robot is at the origin

If the robot is not in the origin direction, please return the robot to the origin once. The robot program is divided into the main program and the subprogram, and the user will see the program file named "main" on the operation interface, which is the main program file (the operator is only allowed to open the main program). After selecting the main program named "main", the arrow cursor will point to ** "INI" sentences, if the cursor is not in ** sentences, you need to reset the program. Program Reset Steps: Edit → program reset. After the program is reset, press and hold the enable button of KCP and wait for the "I" in the lower left corner of KCP to turn green, then press and hold the program start button, at this time the robot starts to move, and in the process of robot movement, it is time to observe whether the robot will touch other things (note: the abnormal program operation of the robot, including manual operation, if it touches other objects, it is destructive), please do not take the operator's eyes off the robot. If you find that you want to touch other objects, please stop immediately, manually move the robot to the safety all-round and continue to return to the original point, when the message bar below the KCP shows that it has reached "SAK", indicating that the robot has returned to the original point. There is a certain risk for the robot to return to the origin, so the operator is only allowed to return to the origin in T1 form.

3. Before active operation, the operator must observe the active operation speed of the program.

Our observational test was 85% at high speed and stopped above 85%. Active palletizing * at a high speed of 75%. The operator must pay attention to the robot, if it is not normal, it will be destructive.

4. On the basis of ensuring the above conditions, please return to the safe area and close the safety door. During the operation of the robot, it is not allowed to open the safety door at will, if you need to work in the robot operation area, please press the KCP servo to power off to ensure that the robot stops running. What needs to be noted here is the difference between the "STOP" button on the KCP and the servo power-off button, the "STOP" button only pauses the program for a short time, but the robot's servo does not lose power, so there is a certain risk. Servo power-off is to turn off the servo drive signal of the robot, so the robot will not run. There is a red emergency stop button in the upper right corner of KCP, this button is used when doing emergency stop, if there is no risk in parking, do not use emergency stop to stop the operation of the robot, emergency parking belongs to the third level of parking, and the robot in high-speed operation may damage the transmission components.
