(1) The wet gas is decomposed into mixed gases such as hydrogen and oxygen under the action of the arc, and the insulation between the fractures after the main contact is broken is destroyed, which is difficult to arc or arc re-ignition, and the arc extinguishing chamber will burst out when it is severe.
(2) The insulation strength of the supporting porcelain bottle and the arc extinguishing chamber is reduced, and the discharge along the surface is formed.
(3) Foreign objects such as patent leather and rust slag in the pipeline may block the air port, causing the main circuit breaker to malfunction and causing the phenomenon of stuckness.
(4) If the foreign body enters the arc extinguishing chamber, it may form a poor contact of the main contact, so that the nonlinear resistance will be burned due to long-term energization, and the nonlinear resistance porcelain bottle will burst out when it is severe.
Therefore, an oil-water separator is installed on the inlet pipe of the main circuit breaker air storage cylinder, and there is a water discharge valve at the lower part, and the water should be drained regularly to insist on the cleanliness of the gas circuit when using protection.
2. Replace rubber parts regularly
The main circuit breaker is a kind of pneumatic and electrical complex structure, and each component has high requirements for sealing function, in order to ensure outstanding sealing function, rubber parts should be replaced regularly.
3. Check the main components regularly
Each primary component should be regularly inspected to maintain the outstanding technical status.
(1) Arc extinguisher
Timing detection of the main contact overtravel and moving contact recovery spring state, dynamic and static contacts due to frequent separation and closing, will be worn due to conflict, resulting in the formation of overtravel reduction, contact pressure reduction. When the overtravel is reduced to a certain extent, the dynamic and static contacts should be replaced. When the deformation of the moving contact recovery spring exceeds a certain limit, it is necessary to replace it in time.
(2) Nonlinear resistance
Adhere to the internal control and cleaning of nonlinear resistance porcelain bottles, excellent sealing, and regularly replace the desiccant in nonlinear resistance porcelain bottles. The resistance value of the nonlinear resistor is detected, and when the resistance value changes beyond a certain limit, it is necessary to replace it in time.
(3) Main valve
Check the matching scale between the piston and the valve body regularly, and replace it in time if the scale does not meet the requirements.
(4) Transmission air cylinder
Properly adjust the buffer of the transmission air cylinder to ensure that the barrier switch action is excellent. The accuracy of the piston and cylinder block is checked at regular intervals, and the outstanding operating function is ensured by trimming or replacing parts.
(5) Ventilation plug door
It is necessary to replace the packing in the plug door regularly, check the ventilation volume of the plug door, and adjust it to the permissible range.
