1. FD-WD
The FD-WD sensor is the cheapest type of positioning sensor equipped with OTC equipment, and the controller is built into the FD-WD sensor, so there is no need for the user to attach a sensor unit.
In addition, the FD-WD sensor can perform high-speed search functions of up to 360 cm/min, and can be applied to all workpieces above medium and heavy plates. For surfaces that are not easily energized, such as rust and black skin (oxide film), a high-voltage sensor unit (option) is available as an additional equipment.
2. FD-AR
The FD-AR sensor is one of the most cost-effective tracking sensor products, and can be used in the processing of workpieces above medium and heavy plates. The FD-AR sensor can correct curved workpieces and thermal deformations that cannot be corrected by the workpiece orientation detection alone, and there is no need to add additional equipment around the welding gun, so it has advantages in preventing workpiece interference and maintenance.
3. FD-QD
FD-QD laser positioning sensors have the advantage of being faster and more accurate than contact positioning sensors, and can identify various welded joints with simple operation. The FD-QD window front can be used in the processing of workpieces from thin plates to medium and heavy plates, and the application range is light and high-precision. Moreover, the identification results can also be visualized and recognized through the teaching box, and the welding conditions can be automatically changed according to the test results.
In addition to welding applications, FD-QD laser positioning sensors can also be used in other fields.
4. FD-QF
The FD-QF sensor can detect welding lines with the highest detection time (0.3 seconds) and detection accuracy (±0.2 mm) at the highest level in the industry, and can be easily and quickly taught by special commands.
In addition, the FD-QF uses a 2D sensor head equipped with a blue laser, so that workpieces made of aluminum and stainless steel with strong gloss can be stably inspected. In addition, when using the FD-QF sensor, the detection conditions can be easily set and the inspection status can be acknowledged from the teaching pendant after a clear and easy-to-understand screen display.
5. FD-QT
FD-QT sensor is an OTC self-developed arc welding sensor system, which has good environmental resistance function, strong reliability, and can be quickly maintained in the event of a failure. The FD-QT sensor can effectively improve productivity and welding quality, can detect the welding orientation and void amount that changes during the welding process, and can also automatically adjust the bearing/viewpoint of the welding torch and welding conditions.
The teaching of the FD-QT sensor is very convenient, and only the teaching pendant needs to be used without the need for a computer. In addition, the FD-QT sensor requires a short teach-in time, it can automatically detect the start and end points of the weld, and different weld lengths can be performed in one program.
