3. The welding process after the adjustment of the OTC welding robot

When the above-mentioned adjustment operation is completed, the power supply, water source, etc. are connected, and the welding robot can officially start the welding operation. When the weldment is placed between the two electrodes, the robot will actively make the upper electrode contact with the weldment and pressurize it, and then the transformer will start to work to heat the weldment.

When the welding is completed, the electrodes of the welding robot rise to pull the tension spring, thereby blocking the power supply and returning to its original state, so that the welding process is completed.
