The multi-function trainer is held in hand with a two-layer safety switch, and the multi-function trainer is grasped with both hands to operate. To ensure safety, there are two levels of safety switches on the multi-function trainer. It is necessary to firmly grasp the control panel (which also functions as a motor SW) in order to perform precise operation.

When manually operating the robot with a multi-function trainer, if the normal operation cannot be carried out due to the sudden loss of self-control or death of the operator, the two-layer safety switch can actively and safely stop the operation of the robot. In the unfortunate event that the operator is in this situation, the force used to press the two-layer safety switch may become weak or excessive.

The two-tier safety switch is designed as a 3-position switch to identify the following 3 operating conditions.

1) When the pressure is not pressed or the pressure is weak→ switch OFF

2) When the pressure is normal→ switch ON

3) When the pressure is too high, → switch OFF

Except when the ON is switched on and off, the robot stops and cannot be operated.

In order to ensure safety, the control panel has been designed for some safety, for example, it is necessary to press two layers of safety switches and move the arrow keys at the same time in manual mode to make the robot move. When the components of the Multi-Trainer are powered on to the controller, the following basic screen appears on the Multi-Trainer.

It is used to switch between the operation mode (active mode, manual mode, lesson viewing mode).

(2)) Tumble knob

It is easy to adjust the value.

(3) Status column

The operation form and condition of the robot can be displayed at any time.

(4) Touch screen

The LCD display screen of the multi-function trainer is also a one-piece contact screen. The buttons and data input fields displayed on the screen can be operated and selected by directly touching the screen.

Note: Please touch the screen with your finger. Touching with sharp objects such as the tip of a pen will cause the LCD display to malfunction.

(5) Move the arrow keys

Use the manual method to make the robot move in the specified direction. It is necessary to press both layers of safety switches together.

(6) Function keys

Under normal circumstances, the picture is displayed. The F1-F6 function key is displayed. Press the SHIFT key as needed, and the screen will switch to the F7-F12 function key.

(7) Cursor key

Move the cursor between the display screen and the input screen.
