The robotic electrostatic spraying equipment consists of a spray gun, a spray cup and an electrostatic spraying high-voltage power supply. When spraying, the spray gun, the spray cup and the paint particle parts are connected to the negative electrode, and the car is connected to the positive electrode and grounded, and an electrostatic field is formed between the end of the spray gun and the car. The paint is mostly a polymer organic conductive medium, which is sprayed out after atomization by the nozzle, and the particles are charged through the contact of the main needle of the muzzle, and these negatively charged paint particles are moved on the surface of the car under the effect of electrostatic field, and are adsorbed on the surface of the car to form a uniform coating film. For various reasons, robot electrostatic spraying sometimes has uneven spraying, and the following shares the reasons for the uneven electrostatic spraying of robots.

                              Causes of uneven electrostatic spraying of robots

1. Elements of employees' operational skills

Statistical analysis of the operation certificate and years of experience of the on-site painting operators, the personnel have participated in the training and examination organized by the training center as required, and obtained the operation certificate, and the years of experience are more than 8 years, with rich experience in spraying. The reaction to the uneven spraying problem was analyzed to show that there was no significant correspondence between the problem and the operator. Lack of operator skills is not a major factor.

2. Raw material quality factors

Paints, thinners, and curing agents have been tested before use, and they are used only after they are qualified. In the spraying process, there is no uneven spraying of large-area paint, so it is thought that it is less likely that the paint will be sprayed unevenly because of the unqualified raw materials such as paint, curing agent, and thinner.

3. Compressed air pressure analysis

The lack of pressure of the spraying compressed air can easily lead to the lack of atomization of the paint or the lack of spraying power of the paint, which will then lead to uneven spraying. The production site of rotary cup spray gun manufacturers generally requires the pressure of the spray gun to be 0.35-0.5MPa, and there is a pressure indicator of the compressed air of the electrostatic spray gun on the pump body instrument of the electrostatic spray gun, which can monitor the pressure value of the compressed air at any time. On-site response, spraying operations were not carried out when the compressed air pressure was lacking, so the lack of spraying compressed air was not the main factor.

4. Analysis of the influence of temperature and humidity of the spray gun environment

When painting, the ambient temperature and humidity have an impact on the quality of painting. If the relative humidity of the construction site is too high, more than 80% or reaches the fullness level, because of the effect of water vapor adsorption on the metal surface, a very thin layer of water curtain will be attached to the spraying surface, which will affect the quality of paint filming. Therefore, it is stipulated that the temperature of the construction site should be 18-25 °C and the relative humidity of 45%-65%, and the ambient temperature shall not exceed the scale of 12-30 °C, and the relative humidity shall not exceed 80%. Check the on-site temperature and humidity record sheet and operation records, and do not operate when the temperature and humidity do not meet the requirements, so the influence of the temperature and humidity of the spraying environment is not the main reason.
