Pop-up thermostat
When the temperature of the main part of the product rises, the heat generated is transferred to the bimetal disc, and when the operating temperature is set, it acts quickly, and the contact is disconnected or closed through the mechanism; When the temperature drops to the reset temperature setting, the bimetal sheet quickly returns to its original state, so that the contacts are closed or disconnected, and the purpose of turning the circuit on or off is achieved, so as to control the circuit.
The models of various abrupt thermostats are collectively referred to as KSD, common such as KSD301, KSD302, etc., the thermostat is a new type of bimetal thermostat, mainly used as a variety of electric heating products with overheat protection, usually used in series with thermal fuses, and the sudden thermostat is used as a primary protection. The thermal fuse is used as a secondary protection to effectively prevent the burning of the electric heating element and the resulting fire accident when the electric heating element is overheated due to the loss or failure of the sudden jump thermostat.
Expansion thermostat
It is a physical phenomenon (volume change) in which the material (usually liquid) in the temperature sensing part of the thermostat expands or contracts when the temperature of the controlled object changes, and the diaphragm box connected with the temperature sensing part expands or contracts. With the principle of lever, the switch is driven to switch on and off to achieve the purpose of constant temperature, and the liquid expansion thermostat has the performance characteristics of accurate temperature control, stable and reliable, small temperature difference between start and stop, large range of temperature control and adjustment, and large overload current. Liquid expansion thermostats are mainly used in temperature control occasions such as home appliance industry, electric heating equipment, and refrigeration industry.
Pressurized thermostat
The thermostat transforms the change of the controlled temperature into the change of space pressure or volume through the temperature package and capillary tube of the closed temperature-sensing working fluid, and automatically closes the contact through the elastic element and the fast instantaneous mechanism when the temperature set value is reached, so as to achieve the purpose of automatic temperature control. It consists of three parts: a temperature sensing section, a temperature setting body, a micro switch for opening and closing, and an automatic damper. Pressurized thermostats are suitable for refrigeration appliances (e.g. refrigerators, freezers, etc.) and heaters.
Electronic thermostat
