How it works
The sudden jump thermostat is a kind of bimetal disc after constant temperature as a heat-sensitive reaction component, when the temperature of the main part of the product increases or decreases, the heat generated is transferred to the bimetal disc, and when the action temperature is set, it acts quickly, and the contact is disconnected or closed through the action of the mechanism, so as to achieve the purpose of turning on or disconnecting the circuit, so as to control the circuit. When the temperature rises (or falls) to the operating temperature, the disc of bimetallic material is used as a temperature-sensing element (using a cap to transfer heat), and the action is transmitted by the ceramic action rod to the elastic part - the moving contact holder. The moving contact and the fixed contact are riveted on the moving contact bracket and the horn respectively, and after the moving contact bracket is pushed by the action lever, the moving contact and the fixed contact are separated, so that the circuit is disconnected. When the temperature drops to the temperature of the dish-shaped bimetal, the bimetal instantly returns to its original shape, the pressure exerted on the action lever is eliminated, and the moving and fixed contacts are reconnected.
