2. Check whether there is a 220V voltage between the input terminals L and N of the thermostat (note that it is not enough to use a pen to measure the power of the live wire, but also to ensure that the neutral line is powered);
3. Open the thermostat panel, check whether the cable is disconnected, and check whether the cable is plugged in reverse or obliquely;
4. Remove the output load line and remove the outer probe line;
5. After completing the above steps 1-4, power on again and observe whether the thermostat is on, if not, the thermostat needs to be returned to the factory for analysis.
Fault 2: Thermostat flashes (normal boot, reboot repeatedly)
Analyze the causes
1. Wrong wiring;

3. Load short circuit or open circuit, probe line leakage;
