4. Expert database: After the welding conditions set in the program, the system can take the initiative to complete the row of welds and adjust the corresponding welding parameters.
5. Anti-collision function: When the robot welding gun collides with external objects, it can be actively folded back to protect the welding gun and the robot body.
6. Teaching programming: The on-site programming is completed by the teaching pendant configured by the six-axis articulated robot.
7. Welding torch swing: not only can complete the commonly used SIN type, sawtooth type, round type, figure 8 type, L-type and other pendulum welding forms during welding, but also can complete the custom pendulum welding function according to the shape of the specific workpiece, thereby increasing the width of the weld bead, improving the welding strength, and ensuring the aesthetics of the weld bead.
8. Situation display: The six-axis robot can show the operation status of the entire robot system through the teaching pendant, including the operation status of the program, the change of welding process parameters, the change of system parameters, the current orientation of the robot, the execution history, the safety signal, the alarm record, etc., so that the customer can understand the status of the robot system in time and prevent problems in the six-axis joint robot system in advance.
9. Input/output files: The system files and teaching program files in the six-axis joint robot system can be stored in the memory card inside the robot control cabinet, and can also be extracted to external devices, and the programs written by offline programming software can also be loaded into the control cabinet, so that customers can regularly back up the system files, and once the robot system has problems, the system files can be restored to solve the related problems of the robot.
10. The original way continues: when the flow is abnormal, the welding wire is used up and temporarily stopped during the welding process, the "continue the previous welding" command can be directly called after eliminating the problem, and the six-axis joint robot can continue welding from any direction to the suspended position.
