On the morning of November 6th, Bu Eryue held a gear composite processing machine that can realize rotary scraping processing, a new product launch conference such as "flying drill" with high precision and long life, and exhibited the "SRA series" robot high-density car spot welding production line equipped with hollow arm for the first time in China.
At one of the booths, 12 ultra-high-speed compact welding robotic arms were working on the body-in-white of a car.
Zhu Guoyao, director of the car sales department of the robot work center of Bueryue (China) Co., Ltd., said that this is the fastest welding robot in the world.
This welding robot is mainly used in the production site of large OEMs, which can effectively reduce the production space and provide customers with the most efficient and high-precision welding.
With a load capacity of 210 kg, the robot can accommodate 12 welding robots in the same operating space, compared to 6-8 similar products.
Zhu Guoyao pointed out that this is mainly due to its two major designs: first, the hollow arm design of the robotic arm, the dresspack can be placed inside the robot to reduce interference and collision between machines; The second is the setting of hydraulic spring steel, when the robot arm is stretched forward, the hydraulic spring steel will produce a back tension force, reduce the movement space, and make a large number of densely placed mechanical arms realize cooperation.
The robot was officially launched in 2014 and has now been working on site at Toyota's plant for five years. According to Bu Eryue, the hollow arm welding robot on the booth was made in Japan and flew directly to China.
