1. Appearance and standard
There are two standards for the SRA series' hollow robotic arms, one is the "SRA100H" and "SRA133HL" for lightweight welding guns, and the wrist structure is supported on one side. The other is the "SRA220H" and "SRA220HV" for heavy-duty torches that cause high welding pressure, and the wrist structure is supported on both sides to cope with the heavy-duty torch. The four new models of robots store the device cables that are usually wrapped around the outside of the robotic arm inside the robotic arm, making the robotic arm more concise.
2. Compared with the previous A-Trac standard, the function has been upgraded
First of all, compared to the conventional standard, the wrist axis movement scale of the hollow series has been increased. In order to prevent disturbance with the jig, the conventional A-Trac standard robot will not be able to change the posture of the welding torch when the wrist reaches the limit of the scale of action, so welding cannot be performed. In the hollow series, there is no need to worry about this problem due to the increase in the scale of the wrist shaft action, so that the weldable scale is increased, and the programming correction is also easier.

In order to solve the problems of difficulty in entering the narrow space encountered in the practical use of standard robots in the past and the difficulty in confirming the scale of cable disturbance in advance, the upper robotic arm and wrist are planned as a hollow structure in the structure of the hollow robotic arm, and the device cable connecting the front end of the wrist to the welding torch and other tools is built-in. 4. The production line of the suspension device is upgraded

Therefore, in order to make the 200 kg class robot suitable for high-density equipment, NACHI upgraded the 200 kg class welding robot to a suspension device.
5. Commonality of spare parts
In order not to increase the burden on customers of the spare parts of the new hollow arm standard robot, the primary spare parts of the new standard robot, such as motor, lubricating oil, power supply, etc., are common to the previous standard "SRA series".
