a. The gain setting is too large, adjust the gain manually from scratch or use the auto-adjust gain function;

b. Extend acceleration and deceleration time;

c. If the load is too heavy, it is necessary to select a motor with a larger capacity or reduce the load from scratch, and install a reducer and other transmission mechanisms to improve the negative ability.

(3) During operation, the motor error is generated, and the counter overflows to fault. Countermeasure:

a. Increase the error counter overflow level set value;

b. Slow down the rotational construction;

c. Extend the acceleration and deceleration time;

d. If the load is too heavy, it is necessary to select a motor with a larger capacity or reduce the load from scratch, and install a reducer and other transmission mechanisms to increase the load.
