Before dismantling, the surrounding fault elements should be swept away, and it can be disassembled only after determining the fault in the machine, otherwise, blindly disassembled, the equipment may be repaired more and more bad.
Three. Mechanical before electrical
Only after it is confirmed that the mechanical parts are fault-free, then the electrical aspect is checked. When checking the fault of the circuit, you should use the testing instrument to find the faulty part, confirm that there is no bad contact problem, and then check the operation of the circuit and the machinery in a targeted manner to avoid misjudgment.
Four. Static first, then dynamic
When the equipment is not powered on, judge the quality of electrical equipment buttons, contactors, thermal relays and fuses, so as to determine the location of the problem. Energize the experiment, listen to the sound, measure the parameters, judge the fault, and finally repair it. If the motor is out of phase, if the three-phase voltage value cannot be determined, it should be listened to and the relative ground voltage should be measured separately to determine which phase is defective.
Five. Clean before you repair
For the electrical equipment with heavy pollution, first clean the buttons, wiring points, and contact points to check whether the external control keys are out of order. Many of the problems are caused by dirt and conductive dust blocks, which are often swept away once cleaned.
Six. Power before equipment
The fault rate of the power supply part accounts for a high proportion of the whole faulty equipment, so overhauling the power supply first can often get twice the result with half the effort.
Seven. First pervasive and then special
Faults caused by the quality of installation accessories or other equipment faults generally account for about 50% of common faults. The special faults of electrical equipment are mostly soft faults, which need to be measured and repaired by experience and appearance. For example, there is a 0.5kW electric motor that cannot carry a load, and some people think that it is a load problem. According to experience, wear thicker gloves and grasp the direction of rotation of the motor, and the result is caught, which is the problem of the motor itself.
