By pursuing acceleration and shock absorption, we have been able to reduce cycle time by 30% (compared to our previous model) by promoting three factors: lightweight, high rigidity, and high-speed control, and dramatically improve productivity. The compact body allows for a higher density setup, which in turn reduces the burden of work such as regular inspections and parts replacement, and improves maintainability. With lightweight weight and the latest motor drive control, power consumption has been reduced by 15% compared to conventional sources. It also reduces the environmental load. The 166kg and 210kg handling classes have been upgraded to further meet more needs.
