Mitsubishi servo problems and how to troubleshoot them

1、AL. E6 - indicates servo emergency abort. There are generally two reasons for this shortcoming, one is that the 24V power supply of the control circuit is not connected, and the other is that there is no connection between the EMG and SG of the CN1 port.

2. AL.37 - parameter abnormality. The internal parameters are disordered, and the operator may set the parameters incorrectly, or the drive may be caused by external disturbances. The general parameters can be processed after recovering to the factory value.

3. AL.16 - Encoder shortcomings. The internal parameters are messed up or the encoder line is defective or the motor encoder is defective. Parameter recovery factory value may replace the cable or replace the motor encoder, if the defect is still there, the driver base plate is damaged.

4. AL.20 - Encoder disadvantages. Defects in motor encoders, broken cables, loose connectors, etc. Replace encoder lines or servo motor encoders. When the MR-J3 series suffers from this shortcoming, it is also possible that the driver CPU ground wire is burned.

5. AL.30 - regenerative braking abnormality. If an alarm occurs as soon as the power is applied, the internal brake circuit element of the drive is damaged. If it occurs during operation, you can check the wiring of the braking circuit, and if necessary, the external braking resistor.

6. AL.50, AL.51 - overload. Check whether the output U, V, W three-phase sequence wiring is correct, and the servo motor three-phase coil is burned out or grounding defects. Monitor whether the load rate of the servo motor exceeds 100% for a long time, the servo response parameters are set too high, and resonance is generated.

7、AL. E9 - The main circuit is disconnected. Check whether the power supply of the main circuit is connected, and if it is normal, the main module will detect the defects of the circuit and replace the driver or accessories.

8. AL.52 - The error is too large. The shortcomings of the motor encoder or the circuit components of the drive output module are damaged, and there are many shortcomings in the application of more oil pollution.
