In the process of using the PLC control system, it is often necessary to correct some parameters, and the most common is to correct the set value of the timer. In order to facilitate the operator to correct the set value of the timer, the following methods can be used:
1. Use human-machine interface
PLC can use touch screen, text display or industrial computer as a human-machine interface to facilitate the correction of timer parameters, but the cost is higher.
2. Use the built-in imitation potentiometer of the PLC
Small PLCs generally have a built-in analog potentiometer for setting parameters. For example, the values of the external regulation registers D8030 and D8031 of the Mitsubishi PLCFX1N and FX1S correspond to the position of the analog potentiometer. The registers corresponding to the two analog potentiometers of the S7-200 are SMB28 and SMB29. The CP1H mimics the register A642 corresponding to the potentiometer.
3. Use the analog setting function shield to correct the setting value of the timer
The FX Series' analog setting function expansion board, the FX2N-8AV-BD, has 8 potentiometers, and can read out the 8-bit binary number set by each potentiometer using the VRRD command, and set the set value of the timer and counter with the setting value.
4. Use the PLC external contact to make an addition and subtraction counter in the program to complete the setting value of the timer
Finish with the rising edge of the button with the addition and subtraction counter. When the button is pressed, add or subtract 1 from the register of the plus or minus 1 counter. The set value of the timer is the value in the register. Confirm the number of times you press as needed with the base time of the timer. The external contacts of adding and subtracting counts should be separated.
5. Add LCD option board to change the setting value of the internal timer of the PLC
It is possible to easily monitor and change the data value in the PLC, and to complete the visualization of the fault status. The CP1H and CP1L PLCs can be equipped with the CP1W-DAM01 LCD option board.

Troubleshooting methods for Mitsubishi overload
1. Check whether the motor is heated
If the temperature rise of the motor is not high, the first thing to check is whether the electronic thermal protection function of the Mitsubishi inverter is preset reasonably, if the Mitsubishi inverter still has margin, the preset value should be relaxed; For example, the allowable current of Mitsubishi inverter is now out of margin, not ...

Mitsubishi servo motor is now commonly used
1. Torque control: Torque control is based on external simulation imitation type or direct address assignment to set the output torque of the motor shaft. For example, 10V matches 5Nm. When the external simulation simulation is set to 5V, the output of the motor shaft is 2.5Nm. Assuming that the load on the motor shaft is less than 2.5Nm, then ...
