1. Power Indication ([POWER] LED Indication) When power is supplied to the Mitsubishi PLC root unit, the [POWER] LED indicator light installed on the surface of the root unit turns on. If the power supply is closed but the [POWER] LED does not illuminate, please acknowledge the power wiring. In addition, if there is a drive sensor on the same power supply, please check whether there is a short circuit or overcurrent of the load. If this is not the case, the fuse in the base unit may be blown due to a conductive foreign substance or other anomaly in the PLC, and the fuse can be replaced by replacing the fuse.
2. Error indication ([EPROR] LED flashing) When the program has an error in the program syntax (such as forgetting to set the constant of the timer or counter, etc.), or the contents of the program memory are changed due to abnormal noise, conductive foreign matter mixing, etc., the [EPROR] LED will shine, and the Mitsubishi PLC will be in the STOP state, and the output will be turned off. In this case, the procedure should be checked for errors, for conductive foreign matter contamination and high-intensity noise sources.
3. Error indication ([EPROR] LED light on) If the CPU is out of control or the calculation period exceeds 200ms due to conductive foreign matter mixed with the Mitsubishi PLC or affected by abnormal noise from the outside, the WDT makes an error, the [EPROR] LED lights up, the PLC is at STOP, and all outputs are turned off. In this case, a power-off reset can be performed, and if the PLC is recovering normally, check whether there is any source of abnormal noise or conductive foreign matter mixed in. Also, check if the grounding of the PLC meets the requirements. If the [EPROR] LED light is on → shining, please check the program. If the [EPROR] LED is still lit up, please make sure that the program calculation period is too long (the large scan time can be known by the D8012). If the [EPROR] LED is still on after all the inspections, please contact the technical service provider if there is some kind of fault within the PLC.
4. Input indication Regardless of whether the LED light of the input unit is on or off, check whether the input signal switch is indeed ON or OFF. If the rated current capacity of the input switch is too large or due to oil intrusion, the contact defect will simply occur. When the input switch is connected in parallel with the resistor used to light up the LED, the Mitsubishi FX Series PLC can still be input to the Mitsubishi FX Series PLC even if the input switch is turned off but the parallel circuit is still on. If you use an input device such as a light sensor, the sensitivity may not be completely "ON" due to dirt sticking to the light-emitting and light-receiving parts, which may cause a change in sensitivity. In a shorter period of time than the Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC, ON and OFF inputs cannot be received. If a different voltage is applied to the input terminal, the input circuit will be damaged. 5. Output indication Regardless of whether the LED light of the output unit is on or off, if the load cannot be ON or OFF, it is mainly due to overload, load short circuit or inrush current of capacitive load, etc., which causes the relay output contact to be bonded, or the contact surface of the contact is not good, resulting in poor contact.

Mitsubishi PLC network structure
1. The equipment layer/fieldbus CC-Link equipment layer is a field network that connects PLC and other control equipment and sensors and drive equipment, which is the low-level network of the entire network system. The CC-Link fieldbus connection is selected, and the number of wiring is greatly reduced, and the system maintainability is improved. Whereas...

Mitsubishi servo motor types and advantages
1. DC servo
The structure is simple and easy to operate. However, considering the actual operation, the DC servo motor has introduced mechanical equipment for reversing installation, which increases the cost, has many problems, and is inconvenient to maintain, and often interferes with the production and manufacturing due to the sparks of carbon brushes, and electromagnetic interference will occur. Combine...

Mitsubishi PLC program lost backup program write method
The reasons for the loss of the PLC program are the lack of battery power supply for the user's saved program, the internal circuit of the PC, the motherboard burned out due to the impact of external high voltage such as lightning strikes, etc., which will be encountered in our PLC control system. For example, the old type of plc such as the FX2N series, which has been discontinued...
