1. DC servo
The structure is simple and easy to operate. However, considering the actual operation, the DC servo motor has introduced mechanical equipment for reversing installation, which increases the cost, has many problems, and is inconvenient to maintain, and often interferes with the production and manufacturing due to the sparks of carbon brushes, and electromagnetic interference will occur. And the carbon brushes need to be replaced with maintenance. The commutation level of the commutator of mechanical equipment also limits the capacity and speed of the electric motor.
2. AC servo
It is divided into permanent magnet synchronous servo motor and asynchronous servo motor. At this stage, motion control basically uses synchronous motors. The rotor inside the permanent magnet synchronous servo motor is a permanent magnet, and the U/V/W three-phase electricity controlled by the driver forms an electromagnetic field, and the rotor rolls under the effect of this electromagnetic field, and at the same time, the encoder of the motor reports the data signal to the driver, and the driver compares the reported value with the target value to adjust the viewpoint of the rotor rolling. The precision of the servo motor is determined by the precision of the encoder (number of lines).
Advantages of Mitsubishi servo motor:
1. Accuracy: Closed-loop control of position, speed and torque has been completed; Overcome the problem of stepper motor out-of-step;
2. Speed: good high-speed performance, the general rated speed can reach 2000-3000 rpm;
3. Adaptability: strong anti-overload ability, can accept three times the load of rated torque, especially suitable for occasions with instantaneous load shaking and fast starting;
4. Stable: Stable operation at low speed, and no stepping operation similar to that of stepper motor will occur during low speed operation. It is suitable for occasions with high-speed response requirements;
5. Timeliness: The dynamic response time of motor acceleration and deceleration is short, generally within tens of milliseconds;
6. Comfort: Heat and noise are significantly reduced.

Pay attention to the wiring of the Mitsubishi PLCI/O terminal
1. Enter the wiring
(1) The input wiring should generally not exceed 30 meters. However, if the environmental disturbance is small and the voltage drop is not large, the input wiring can be appropriately longer.
(2) The input/output lines cannot be separated by the same cable, and the input/output lines should be separated.
(3) As far as possible, choose normally open ...

The difference between Mitsubishi PLC source type and leak type
Mitsubishi PLC split source type (PNP) or drain type (NPN), here are their differences
1: Leakage logic: When the current flows out of the signal input terminal, the signal becomes ON, which is leakage logic. The current flows through the terminals and has the output characteristics of an NPN transistor.
2: Source logic: When ...
