1. For the test of the power output capacity of the driving circuit, to detect the pulse terminal signal such as GU\EU, it is not possible to have voltage (or pulse waveform) alone, and the current output capacity should be detected, and then admit whether it is normal;
2. Admit the defects of the current transformer. My method is to use an AC current generator to feed the rated current signal to the transformer, test the output AC voltage or waveform at the OUT end, and then reach the purpose of diagnosis;
3. The inverter itself is caused by the disturbance, and the disturbance signal may be fed through the panel cable or the cable of the MCU motherboard and the power board. Installing a magnetic ring on the cable is a good way to shield false alarms and improve the ability to resist disturbance. In addition, corresponding technical measures are taken on the alarm detection circuit to improve the operation reliability without reducing the function of the original circuit.
4. Diagnosis of IGBT module defects. My method is to use a DC current generator and a pulse generator to feed the rated current to the IGBT module and test the voltage drop of the conduction tube (when the rated value of the inverter is fed, the on-voltage drop is less than 2V; When the rated current of the module is fed, the on-voltage drop is about 3.5V), and if it is greater than 4V, it indicates that the module is defective.
5. When the connection cable or terminal between the MCU motherboard and the power supply/driver board is not in good contact, a false alarm will be triggered.
6. When the energy storage capacitance of the DC loop is poor or the contact is poor, OC alarm may also be generated.
There may be a seventh reason, but the repairer must have a way to accurately eliminate the repair purpose.

AD PLC realizes the two basic points of control - Mitsubishi
PLC is based on electronic computers, but it is not the same as ordinary computers. Generally speaking, computers only consider the information itself when translating input and output information. As long as the human-machine interface is good, the input and output of information can be completed. And the PLC should also consider the information in and out ...
