(1) Input loop

Optocoupler is used as an insulation barrier between the primary and secondary circuits at the input end of the programmable manipulator, and the RC filter circuit is also provided with the secondary circuit to avoid the interference of residual signals or external noise at the input end. When there is a signal input at one of the input terminals, the internal electronic circuit is turned on, and the corresponding input status indicator is on. Generally, multiple inputs work together with a single COM terminal. FX2N's input loop.

(2) Output circuit

When the programmable manipulator is operating, the components in the control loop do not need to be wired in practice, but are replaced by the execution of PLC instructions. The command execution result will be sent to the output point of the PLC, and the output point will form a loop with the external power supply and load to achieve the intention of controlling the load. There are three kinds of PLC output methods: relay output, transistor output and thyristor output, and the relay output method is selected for FX2N-48MR.

The two-wire type is a signal line and a power line. The three-wire type is the positive and negative pole of the power supply and the signal line. The wires of different effects are represented by different colors, and there are different ways to say the boundaries of this color. Figure 2(b) shows a common color theory. When the signal line is black, it is moving; White wire for dynamic breaking. The sensor shown in the picture is the NPN type, which is the most commonly used type. Regarding the connection between the PNP sensor and the PLC, this connection cannot be copied, and the corresponding materials should be referred to.

(3) Wiring of the rotary encoder

Rotary encoders provide high-speed pulse signals and are often used in CNC machine tools and industrial control. Different types of encoders output different frequencies and phases. Some encoders output A, B, C three-phase pulses, some only two-phase pulses, some only one-phase pulses (such as A phase), frequencies of 100 Hz, 200 Hz, 1k Hz, 2k Hz, etc. When the frequency is relatively low, the PLC can respond; When the frequency is high, the PLC can not respond, at this time, the output signal of the encoder should be connected to the special function module, FX2N-11C such as the FX2N-11HC high-speed counting module.
