The weight conversion method of the Mitsubishi weigh module

Component conversion is a process in which an analog signal (load converter output voltage) input from outside the programmable controller is converted into a digital output value and a total component output value, and then stored in buffer memory. After the conversion process, the conversion completed (XE) will be changed to ON, and the transformation completion symbol (Un\G113) will be changed to the conversion completed (1H) state.

There are four ways to deal with the component conversion as follows.

. Move evenly processed

1. Sampling processing

The measured digital output values as well as the total component output values are stored in the buffer memory.

The period in which the component measurement is updated (conversion speed) is 10 ms.

Set the uniform processing method setting (Un\G1) to sampling processing (0H).

2. The number of times is evenly processed

The total value of the maximum and minimum values is evenly removed and stored in the buffer memory after sampling the number of times set.

Set the Uniform Treatment Method setting (Un\G1) to the number of times of uniform processing (2H).

The uniform setting (Un\G2) can be set from 4 times to 255 times.

The processing time is shown below.

. Processing time = (number of settings x 10) ms

3. Move evenly

The digital output value of the number of settings and the total component output value obtained for each conversion speed (10 ms) are evenly distributed and stored in the buffer memory.

Since each sample is moved evenly, it is possible to obtain the latest digital output value as well as the total component output value.

Set the Uniform Treatment Method setting (Un\G1) to Move Uniform Treatment (3H).

The setting range of the Moving Evenness setting (Un\G3) is 2 times - 255 times.

4. The number of times is even, and the movement is evenly · and used together

The value of the uniform processing of the number of times and the result of the uniform processing of the movement are stored in the buffer memory.

Set the uniform processing method setting (Un\G1) to the number of times evenly and move evenly · and use it together (5H).
