1►Comprehensively display advanced product technologies and charging solutions in the fields of liquid-cooled supercharging, AC and DC charging, orderly charging and V2F energy interconnection.
2►Contribute to the new development of smart transportation with safe, intelligent and reliable charging solutions.
On September 8, on the occasion of World Electric Vehicle Day, ABB E-Mobility brought its advanced product technologies and charging solutions in the fields of DC charging, AC charging, orderly charging and V2F energy interconnection to the 6th Shenzhen International Charging Pile and Battery Swap Exhibition (Shenzhen Charging and Swapping Exhibition CPSE), helping to transform smart transportation with safe, intelligent and reliable charging solutions.
In recent years, with the vigorous development of the new energy vehicle industry, the construction of charging infrastructure has continued to upgrade, becoming an important force to promote the construction of a transportation power and the development of green transportation. As an important communication platform in the field of charging and swapping, Shenzhen Charging and Swapping Exhibition takes "new products, new technologies, and new brands" as the theme to promote the construction of charging and swapping infrastructure, optimize the charging and swapping facilities system, promote the development of the new energy vehicle industry, and present the resource advantages and future development direction of the whole chain in the field of charging infrastructure.
ABB E-Mobility continues to push the boundaries of technology with its technical expertise, industry experience and deep insight into charging infrastructure. Its charging solutions cover a variety of application scenarios from home to commercial, including residential quarters, public buildings, industrial parks and dedicated operation stations, including 7-21kW low-power AC charging piles, 60-240kW DC charging piles, orderly charging systems and 360/480kW high-power liquid-cooled supercharging systems, taking into account the current and future-oriented diversified charging needs, and accelerating the realization of the goal of carbon neutrality in transportation.
High-power fast charging, the future has arrived
With the rapid development of charging technology, "making charging as fast as refueling" is no longer a new concept. The ABB TERRA CA smart DC charging pile combines the charging modes of dual gun charging and overcharging, as well as a wide range of constant power voltage and high current, which can charge two electric vehicles at the same time. The maximum output of the product is 500A, and the empowerment efficiency is about 25% higher than that of ordinary charging piles, which can effectively cope with the current situation of diversified charging rate and voltage demand, and can meet the needs of various types of vehicles such as electric taxis/online car-hailing, electric logistics vehicles, and electric buses for different voltages, and provide safe, convenient, efficient and economical charging services for charging operators.
ABB's 480kW high-power liquid-cooled supercharging system has a peak output current of up to 650A, which is compatible with new models of high-voltage platforms of 800V and above in the future, and can achieve a range of 200 kilometers in 5 minutes. In addition to the speed advantage, the use of the product is also very flexible and convenient, in the ergonomic cable management system at the same time, the supercharging pile through the use of liquid cooling technology, reduce the weight of the terminal gun cable, the diameter of the gun wire is 28mm, to help the owner easily and quickly plug and unplug the charging gun.
Flexible, flexible energy management
V2F energy interconnection
Vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology has evolved into more application scenarios, such as vehicle-to-factory intelligent microgrid V2F) charging and discharging scenarios. V2F technology creates new opportunities for energy trading and smart energy management, making efficient use of energy stored in vehicle batteries, so that plants or fleets can support the grid during peak demand periods. Allowing buildings or equipment to use green energy stored in vehicle batteries to balance grid loads more efficiently and reduce grid bottlenecks.
Nowadays, vehicle-to-grid (V2G) technology has evolved into more application scenarios, such as the promotion of vehicle-to-factory intelligent microgrid (V2F), which brings a new mode of electricity consumption that is more flexible, more stable, and more economically efficient for factories. ABB's charging solutions can effectively support the application of V2F technology, so that factories or fleets can support the grid during peak demand periods, so that buildings or equipment can use green energy stored in vehicle batteries, and combine the charging and discharging scenarios of vehicles with factory-side smart microgrids, opening up new possibilities for energy trading and smart energy management.
Smart, sustainable operations
In the future, the charging station will no longer be a simple charging place, but an advanced energy station that integrates photovoltaic, energy storage, charging and discharging and other functions, and is more in line with the needs of users. In the "Powered by ABB" concept station, the energy conversion scenario of photovoltaic plus storage and charging will become the first choice. Orderly charging and V2G technology will further help stations save energy and reduce emissions, feed back to the power grid, and achieve efficient use of energy. The "Powered by ABB" charging concept station can not only promote the sustainable development of transportation, but also emphasize the people-oriented and user-centered service, and the service scope of the station extends from charging to lounges, catering, AED assistance, etc., to meet the diversified needs of users in charging scenarios and promote a better future of sustainable development.
As a global leader in electric vehicles and charging infrastructure, ABB E-Mobility is committed to creating a zero-emission future with smart, reliable and zero-emission charging solutions, and has delivered more than 1 million charging stations in 85 countries and regions, including China.
