Photoelectric switch: Check whether the connecting wire is loose or cracked, and whether the switch is damaged.
2. Check whether the electromechanical solenoid valve of the forklift is at fault?
Solution: Pay attention to safety when dealing with stacking robot faults. If the equipment is abnormal, press the abort button on the control panel or in the field to avoid faulty start-up.
3. When the cylinder moves, the magnetic switch of the cylinder has no signal.
Solution: If the direction of the magnetic ring switch is wrong, please connect the magnetic ring switch to light the indicator light, and then connect the magnetic ring switch. The cylinder rod is not fully fixed or pulled back to its original position, so the cylinder seals are adjusted so that the cylinder rod extends out or is fully retracted.
In addition, spare parts can be replaced if parts of the palletizing robot are damaged. Once the production line is up and running, repairs can be made to damaged parts to avoid production. Do not approach the device without pressing the abort button to avoid personal injury.
