There are three main ways to measure the force sensor and force response at the hardware level:
(1) Current loop: The current closed-loop force closed-loop reaction control through the motor is suitable for the use scenarios of direct drive motors or with a small reduction ratio (Reduction Ratio less than 10), such as human-computer interaction robotic arms and small quadrupeds with small impedance control;
(2) Force Torque Sensor: Directly use a commercial six-dimensional force/torque sensor, such as a typical ATI or Robotiq company. In humanoid robots, the force/torque sensor is usually installed between the sole of the foot and the ankle joint, and between the manipulator and the wrist joint to measure the force of the interaction between the end effector (manipulator or the sole of the foot) and the external environment;
(3) Compliant Structure: Planning elastomers are integrated before the external output of the driver, which often forms SEA, and measures the torque through the deformation of the elastomer, which is often suitable for the use occasions with high integration of humanoid robots and high requirements for the output torque of the driver.

Kawasaki spraying robot advantages
When spraying, whether it is powder spraying or painting, it is necessary to atomize it to ensure uniformity. The composition of the paint is all chemical substances, and its paint mist and other volatile gases are flammable, and the spraying work site is like a gasoline station, which is flammable and explosive. And the robot is powered by electricity...

Industrial robots replace manual labor and improve economy - Kawasaki Robot
The driving force is the replacement of human labor by machines. The reasons mainly come from two aspects: one is the lack of low-end labor supply. The post-80s and post-90s generations have become the main force of the labor market, compared with the post-60s and 70s, they have more demands, and one of the obvious changes is that fewer and fewer people are willing to engage in salary.

Advantages of automatic welding technology of industrial robots - Kawasaki robots
1. Improve the production power
The welding robot has a short response time, fast action, and the welding speed is 60-3000px/min, which is much higher than manual welding, and the robot does not stop or rest during the operation process, but it is impossible for workers to do it without stopping and not resting when they go to work.
