There are three ways to reset the range of the 3051 transmitter:
1. Use only the communicator to reset the range
HART communicator shortcut keys 4 or 5. Resetting the range using only the communicator is the simplest and most common way to change the values that mimic points 4 and 20 mA independently, without the need for a pressure input.
2. Reset the range with the pressure input source and the communicator
HART communicator shortcut command sequence 1, 2, 3, 1, 2. When the detailed values of 4 and 20 mA are not known, the range of the 3051 transmitter can be set by using the communicator and the pressure source, and the values of 4 and 20 mA can be changed by entering the above shortcut command sequence, and operating according to the HART communicator online menu instructions.
3. Use the pressure input source and the zero point and range buttons of the machine to reset the range
When the detailed values of 4 and 20 mA are not known, and there is no communicator, the range can be reset using the pressure source with the zero and range buttons of the machine.

What causes inaccurate measurements in Rosemount pressure transmitters
Rosemount Pressure Transmitter Inaccurate Measurement Causes:
1. Whether the power supply of the Rosemount pressure transmitter is normal, if it is less than 12VDC, you should check whether there is a large load in the circuit, and the input impedance of the transmitter load should be in line with RL≤ (transmitter supply voltage -12V)/(0.02A...

A method for verifying a current loop signal for a Rosemount pressure transmitter
The Rosemount pressure transmitter uses a 4-20mA signal, which is the conversion value of the output generated by the pressure transmitter. The output of the transmitter is detected according to the HART protocol, however, it is converted to a proportional current so that it can be visualized as a reading. Normally, at zero level output, the transmitter displays 4mA ...
