The Rosemount 3051 transmitter cannot be powered on

The Rosemount 3051 transmitter will not be powered on or may damage the transmitter after it is placed in the tripping device. When our technicians have understood these problems, they have analyzed and made corresponding countermeasures from three aspects, as follows:
The Rosemount 3051 transmitter cannot be powered on

Analysis and countermeasures for the Rosemount transmitter when it is unable to be powered on.

1. There is something wrong with the leakage circuit breaker itself

When the jump bar indicator and power indicator are not on, it is necessary to check whether the fuse is blown; whether the transformer, voltage regulator manifold, and power switch are damaged; Whether the power supply of the leakage protector is normal. The solution is to use the multimeter 500V voltage block to measure the power supply voltage of the leakage protector, if the voltage is normal, you can use the power failure to separate the power switch, internal connection line, fuse and transformer, and replace the damaged or repaired components after finding the fault; If the voltage is very low or there is no voltage, check the wiring to solve the problem.

2. Contactor fault

If the Rosemount transmitter shows problems such as coil burning, poor contact at the joint, etc., the corresponding treatment method is: replace the coil, tighten the screws or weld the joint, use the 500V voltage block live measurement or use a multimeter ohm to measure the voltage at both ends of the coil, determine whether the coil is open, and then check whether the moving iron core has any jamming phenomenon.

3. The pressure transmitter is not equipped with a leakage circuit breaker and the circuit of the device leakage circuit breaker is electrically connected

Find out whether the indicator lights, lights, temporary lights, appearances and other electricity on the distribution board or control cabinet are connected on both sides of the zero sequence current transformer, adjust the wiring, and the wiring of the same load should be connected in front of or behind the unified zero sequence current transformer.
