A lot of data is used in the internal structure of the PLC and in the user's use program. These data have the following forms in terms of structure or number system.
(1) Decimal number
Decimal numbers are also known as word data in PLC. It is primarily present at the set value K of timers and counters; Auxiliary relays, timers, counters, status relays, etc.; timer and counter time value, etc.
(2) Binary numbers
Decimal numbers, octal numbers, hexadecimal numbers, and BCD codes all exist in the form of binary numbers in the PLC. However, when the system operation monitoring is displayed using peripheral devices, it will be restored to the original number system. A binary number is also known as digit data in a PLC. It is mainly found in the contacts and coils of various relays, timers, and counters.
(3) Octal numbers
The address numbers of the input relays and output relays of the FX series PLC are octal.
(4) Hexadecimal numbers
Hexadecimal numbers are used to use operands or actions in instructions.
(5) BCD code
The BCD code is a four-digit binary number that represents its one-digit decimal number. The decimal number in the PLC is often presented in the form of BCD code, and it is also often used in the digital switch in the form of BCD output or the display control of the seven-segment code.
(6) Constants K, H
Constants are an integral part of PLC's internal timers, counters, and usage instructions. The constant K is used to indicate the decimal number, the scale of the 16-bit constant is -32768-+32767, and the scale of the 32-bit constant is -2147483648-+2147483647.
The constant H is used to indicate the hexadecimal number, which includes 16 digits 0-9 and A-F, with the scale of the 16-bit constant being 0-FFFF and the scale of the 32-bit constant being 0-FFFFFFFF.

Mitsubishi PLC keeps the circuit written
There is a very common kind of circuit in Mitsubishi PLC - the persistence circuit. The holding circuit means that when the external input switch is a button, it can press the button through the holding circuit to insist on the output, similar to the self-locking in the electrical diagram. We use Mitsubishi PLC as an example to write a sticking circuit.

Mitsubishi FX3u interrupts the location command
The main effect of aborting the positioning instruction is that in some machine tools, when we give the abort signal and can walk to the distance we set, for example, if the mechanical structure needs to use the sensor to determine the position to go, you can use the abort positioning instruction to do, when the induction gives the abort.
