TCP correction steps for KUKA robots

1. Select Put into operation > Measure > Stuff > XYZ 4 points from the main menu.

2. Give a number and a name for the thing to be measured. I admit it with the continuation key.

3. Use TCP to move to any reference point. Click Measure. Click Yes to reply to a security inquiry.

4. Use TCP to move from one other direction toward the reference point. Click Measure. Click Yes to reply to a security inquiry.

5. Repeat step 4 twice.

6. Enter the load data. (If you want to enter the load data on your own, you can skip this step.) )

7. Admit with the Continue button.

8. When needed, the coordinates and attitude of the measurement point can be displayed in increments and angles (based on the flange coordinate system). Press the measuring point for this. Then go back to the previous view.

9. Perhaps: Click Save, then go through the closed icon to close the window.

Or: Press the ABC 2-point method or the ABC world coordinate method. The data to date is automatically saved, and a window is automatically opened in which the east-west coordinate system pose can be entered.
