1. Preparation tools: refueling ***, ratchet wrench, plum blossom hexagon, open movable wrench, ratchet set, multimeter, Japan Sanjian sealant.

2. Preparation materials: refueling barrels, waste cloths, oil drums, air pipes, rust removers, thread glue.

3. Adjust the posture of the robot, open the liu6wh axis in a straight line, admit whether there is any abnormal sound in the 6-axis joints of the robot, visually see whether there is oil leakage in each joint axis, and whether the motor is hot when touched.

4. J1-J5 shaft lubricating oil replacement

(1) Generally, KUKA robots are six-axis robots, corresponding to J1 to J6 axes. Because the operation process of lubricating oil replacement from J1 shaft to J5 shaft is similar, it is written together.

Operation method: use the M8 hexagon wrench, first loosen the bolt of the oil filler, and then use the movable wrench to loosen the strong bolt of the oil outlet, and use the barrel to catch the lubricating oil flowing out of the oil outlet to avoid the lubricating oil from being measured and polluting the ground.

5. J6 shaft lubricating oil replacement

The same as the above shaft operation methods, **The difference is that the oil filler and oil outlet of the J6 shaft are in the same position and shared.

How to change the oil of the KUKA robot

6. Replace with new oil

After all the remaining oil in all axes of the KUKA robot has flowed out, inject new oil into the J1 to J6 axes with refueling***, pay attention to check the oil level, and do not let the oil spill. When refueling, pay attention to close the oil outlet, otherwise all new oil will be lost from the oil outlet. * After tightening the bolts, seal the inlet and outlet ports with glue.

7. End of oil change

After the new oil is changed, remember to wipe the KUKA robot body with a cotton cloth to protect the robot, after all, the price is not cheap. If there is enough time, you can wipe the control cabinet off to give the customer a good image, and continue to cooperate next time.
