Industrial robot is a multi-degree of freedom machine device, can automatically perform work, according to its own power and control ability to achieve various functions, by the mechanical part, sensing part, control part and other three parts, these three parts are divided into six subsystems, namely:

1. Drive system: Arrange a transmission device for each joint, that is, each degree of freedom of movement, so that the robot can move.

2. Mechanical structure system: It is composed of three parts: fuselage, arm and end operator. Each large piece has a number of degrees of freedom, forming a mechanical system with multiple degrees of freedom. The arm generally consists of an upper arm, a lower arm, and a wrist. The end effector is an important part that is mounted directly on the wrist, which can be a two-finger or multi-finger claw, a paint gun, a welding gun, etc.

3. Sensing system: Obtain meaningful information in the internal and external environmental conditions, and improve the mobility, adaptability and intelligence level of the robot.

4. Robot-environment interaction system: a system that realizes the interconnection and coordination between robots and equipment in the external environment.

5. Human-computer interaction system: a device for humans to contact and participate in robot control.

6. Control system: according to the operation instruction program of the robot and the signal fed back from the sensor, the actuator of the robot is controlled to complete the specified movement and function.
